- Do you have two years of independent post-licensure clinical experience (applies only
to Masters level clinicians, Ph.D.s and R.N.s)?
- Do you have minimum professional liability
coverage of $1 million/$1 million for Master’s
and doctoral level clinicians, and minimum professional
liability coverage of $1 million/$3 million
for all physicians (unless state requirements vary)?
