Best Practice Guidelines 2008

 

INTRODUCTION

United Behavioral Health (UBH), PacifiCare Behavioral Health (PBH), and U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC) have adopted Best Practice Guidelines, which were developed by nationally recognized organizations.

These guidelines were originally approved for use by the Clinical Policy & Operations Committee (formerly Clinical Policy & Standards) on March 15th, 2003, and were readopted on March 24, 2008.
